Return and Refund Policy


A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

  • Send an image if your product arrives damaged within 3 days of receipt to colette@colettefineart.com.
  • I will get back to you within 24 hours after assessment.
  • No returns will be accepted for any other reason whatsoever, except damage of your product.
  • The product must be returned to me promptly.
  • You will receive a full refund of your purchase.
